How we use your information
Landmark Electrical Supplies Ltd is the data controller for any personal information you give us through this website. This notice explains what we collect and why.
The contact form
When you send a message through our contact form we receive the name, phone number, email address and message you enter. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to deal with any order or quotation that follows from it. The legal basis is that you have asked us to respond, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Messages arrive in our business email, which is hosted by Microsoft. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our business records, and we do not sell or pass your details to anyone else for marketing.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics tracking. Two services from Google are loaded as part of the pages: the fonts used for the text, and the embedded map on the home and contact pages. When these load, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies in line with the Google privacy policy.
Links to manufacturers' websites and to Facebook take you to sites run by those organisations, which have their own privacy notices.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
